BoneDry™ AXC is an
concentrated electrolyte-based accelerator that is used
in a co-spray system to give an instant cure to the BoneDry
spray grade series of products. The AXC must be diluted
before use. Follow Dilution instructions to prepare solution
for use. The AXC once diluted gives the applicator the
flexibility to apply multiple membrane layers in the same
trip with out waiting for curing.
Dilution
of AXC:
Dilute 1 part BoneDry™
AXC into 6 parts of fresh water and stir. The
AXC should readily dilute. Once diluted it should be
applied the same way the BoneDry AXD is applied.
Application:
BoneDry™ AXD
is applied through a unique two-spray system called
co-spraying. A special dual tip spray gun is used to
allow AXD to be sprayed in conjunction with the liquid
membrane.
